Hi all and welcome to the 'D. Ramirez Electronic Music, Music Production and DJ Forum'.
I saw a gap in all the current social networking sites - that there is no real place to facilitate music geek speak for music producers and dj's. After spending some time on sites such as twitter and myspace I felt there is a definite need for certain conversations but nowhere to have them.
So I decided to add this forum to my website. I want it to be a space / community for producers and dj's to talk about what equipment they are currently using, what technical issues they have encountered and over come. I want this to be a place where we can all share our knowledge with other musicians and get proper feedback and the encouragement you might need. A place where you are able to upload links to tracks, remixes and dj mixes and have everyone on the forum give opinions and also vote.*
As a last point please be aware that this board will be heavily moderated as I feel very strongly about the culture of this forum - it is not a place to be used for blatant self promotion, any kind of advertising or any kind of abuse etc - this is purely to be used as a place of warmth, honesty and humor.
