Hi
I've been wondering lately how many downloads a good underground house track gets (roughly of course). Say one that gets in the beatport/juno top 10.
Is there any way of finding this out?
Part of the reason is that one day (in the distant future) I might make a few decent tracks that I think may do ok, but I would need to assess how much money to spend on gear, mixdown engineers, mastering etc.
I know it's all if's and but's but if I know a top ten beatport track only sells a few thousand copies it would greatly influence the amount of money I spend on gear/software.
